Fulfillment, Wallet, and Virtual Funds Policy

1. Wallet Top-Ups
Processing Time:
Adding funds to your wallet is generally processed instantly. Virtual funds will be credited to your wallet after successful payment confirmation.
Refunds for Top-Ups:
All wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable. Once virtual funds are added to a wallet, they cannot be exchanged for real-world currency, withdrawn, reversed, or refunded, except where required by law.
2. Spending Wallet Funds
Fulfillment:
Purchases made with wallet funds are usually processed instantly. Digital products, perks, services, upgrades, or other eligible items will be delivered or activated after purchase confirmation.
Spending Finality / Refunds:
All wallet spending transactions are final. Because digital products and services may be delivered instantly and used immediately, purchases made with wallet funds cannot be cancelled or refunded once fulfilled.
3. Wallet Transfers and Usage
Virtual funds are for internal use on bbzdayz.com only and BloodBrotherZ ingame server.
Funds may not be transferred between accounts, users, communities, or servers unless expressly permitted by bbzdayz.com.
Certain purchases or benefits may be transferable under specific conditions, such as time limits or eligibility rules set by bbzdayz.com.
4. Liability
bbzdayz.com is not liable for unauthorized wallet transactions if your account, administrative access, or login credentials are compromised. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
